I believe that students learn best when they are given personalized instruction. I aim to encourage my students to truly understand the material rather than simply memorize it. I use a variety of teaching strategies to support my students as they learn Spanish, build their writing skills, practice the guitar, and prepare for their GED and TOEFL exams. I began tutoring while enrolled at the David Letterman School of Communications at Ball State University, where I studied digital communications and multimedia with a minor in Spanish.
