How can I approach the conversation of wanting to move far away after graduation with my parents?

Just be real with them and how you feel. You may be wanting to move for a job opportunity, because housing/cost of living is more affordable or you may just want a new experience. Regardless of the reason, if you have a plan and are serious about moving, I think that any supportive parent would hear what you had to say!
Be upfront about it and do it as soon as possible. You definitely don't want to blindside them when you are weeks away from moving with your decision already final. Instead, bring it up to them and list out your reasons for moving - cheaper housing, better job opportunities, etc. If they still give you a hard time, remember that it is your life after all and you get to choose what to do.
