He doesn't actually teach. He has students teach his own class, and each will have to give an hour long presentation. However, given that the class isn't about practical skills such as programming, and a lack of tests, nobody in the class will care whatsoever about your presentation. After you present, he may or may not ramble vaguely related anecdotes from the back of class (he can't be bothered to walk to the front). You will be graded on your presentation, mandatory attendance, and papers that neither require the textbook or listening to classes. He cares more about formatting than substance, and doesn't actually teach you how to be a good presenter or writer(which is essentially what you are graded on, actual course material is somewhat irrelevant), so you will actually be judged based on skills you either learned before the course or taught to yourself during the course.
