Mr. Philip Kraft was a personable and engaging professor of Sociology while I was a student at SUNY Binghamton back in the early 70's. He was very encouraging in his evaluation of a paper I had written, which contributed to my desire to become a professor of cultural anthropology .I truly felt that I was on my way toward that end when I graduated from SUNY B. However, the goal was not met-not even close- but I can still look back on the time in my life when that dream was alive and nurtured by professors such as Mr. Kraft.- Harry Katz |
