Students, alumni, family, and friends socialize and celebrate a relationship outsiders have difficulty comprehending. Strangers connect, friendships grow stronger, and memories are created for a lifetime. Buckeyes throughout the nation wake up early to unite with fellow Buckeyes.

To outsiders, it may seem like the Buckeyes’ game day routine is just an excuse to be loud and to consume a large amount of alcohol. However, to the insider, it’s a completely different atmosphere. The loud ambiance is the result of laugher, catching up with good friends, and trash talking. The Ohio State fans wait eagerly for football season to start, and the environment that surrounds Ohio State football season is intoxicating–literally and figuratively. Friends and family of current students and alumni are able to grasp how inviting and invigorating this time of year really is. Those Saturday mornings contain judgment only towards opponents.
