The Color Run
For many people, Spring is the perfect time to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather in each of their cities. This Spring, Denver, Colorado is offering some great activities in the community, one being the Denver Color Run.
The Denver Color Run is a great way to combine exercise with social activity and just plain fun. The run is a 5k located in City Park in Denver and will take place on Sunday, May 26th 2012. The run really allows people of all ages and abilities to come together and walk, jog, or run at their own pace. The Color Run has the word color in it for a reason: the run is a lot less about your exercise ability and more about the fun of getting covered in a different color at each kilometer checkpoint. At the end of the race you and your white apparel will be covered in a rainbow looking print. Don’t worry, the color isn’t permanent and it will easily be cleaned off in the shower.
