A Peek Inside the Ivy: Penn Plague, Making Friends at Cornell and Trump went to an Ivy!
Ivy League students are just like you. Except, you know, they go to an Ivy League school.
Brown extends hand to Puerto Rico
Brown University is enrolling up to 50 students from the University of Puerto Rico tuition free after the destruction of Hurricane Maria ruined their ability to attend their university.
The New York Daily News reports, “The Ivy League school in Providence will help the students find housing, as many still have no power or running water at their homes in Puerto Rico.”
So far Brown has enrolled 15 students.
The struggle of making friends
Cornell University freshman Emery Bergmann released a video that shares her struggles to make friends her first few months at college.
Business Insider reports, “’I’m a brand spanking new freshman in college,’ she said at the start of the video. ‘I guess I just assumed that once I was at school that that was going to be it. I was going to have 1 million friends, I was going to just party all the time. But it’s just not really like that. I haven’t really found anyone I’m super close with.’”
Bergmann’s video has struck a chord with many and has racked up over 118,000 views in two weeks on YouTube.
Trump went to an Ivy League so he’s smart, duh.
How to let people know you went to an Ivy League.

You can always tell when someone went to one of the lesser Ivies. They tell you, “I went to an Ivy League school” instead of which one.
