1. Watch old movies and TV shows
Did someone say High School Musical or White Chicks? Sitting with a cozy blanket and a cup of hot chocolate in your hand while re-watching classics seems like the perfect way to start winter break. Dive back into your childhood and the lives of the characters you used to love as a kid.
2. Ice skating
Um … winter equals ice skating, right? Don’t forget to practice those twirls and figure eights, am I right?
3. New hobbies
Want to start learning how to juggle? Or take on painting? There are so many options you can choose to occupy yourself with during the upcoming three to four weeks. Recently, I wanted to learn calligraphy as another means to write encouragements and cards to friends and family for this merry season.
4. Time to bake
Christmas tree cookies? Snowman cupcakes? Baking creative and tasty little treats for your friends and families is a delicious way to keep yourself occupied. For easy Christmas desserts, check out this website!
5. Exercise
This choice is probably the least expected option out of the rest, but don’t forget to keep yourself active and healthy during winter break. Though exercising can be tiresome, it can also be a good pastime.
6. Road trip
Did someone say road trip? A spontaneous road trip? There’s nothing like gathering all your friends, traveling in a car, and singing to songs ranging from old hits like “We’re All in this Together” to recent ones like “Don’t Let me Down.”
