Have any plans tonight, November 17th around 8:00 p.m.? In need of a good laugh amidst the slowly but surely approaching headache that is finals? Florida State University’s very on improve group “No Bears Allowed” will be hosting a free endorphin-releasing improve show at Fire Betty’s Arcade bar. FREE.
If you are unaware, Fire Betty’s Arcade-Bar – located at 1122 Thomasville Rd., Tallahassee, FL, at the Manor at Midtown – houses a great bar, stands as a quality music venue, as well as a retro arcade!
“We’re just a bunch of rag tag kids who love to perform comedy” is the description they give on their Facebook bio. No Bears Allowed is an ever-growing comedy academy specializing in performing and teaching improve comedy in and around campus. Made up of the members: Amanda Olivero, Alosha Parfyonov, Alex Gonzalez, Austin Cassel, Brandon Gross, Chris Duffy, Eric Helliwell, Istvan Matthias Peteranecz (yes, that is real), Jacob McMenamin, Keith Orlovsky, Kim Cortese, Melissa Hutchinson, Mike Fly, Pete McClellan, Riley Andreu, Sofia Ambra, Taylor Ereio, Trevor Allen, And Zach Verbit.
The troop should have no troubles in making you laugh as they do on their YouTube channel with their corky and unadulterated humor.
Come out tonight with all your friends for a relatively free night full of food, drinks, chuckles, and games!
