What should the health care decision be?

In a few weeks time the Supreme Court is expected to rule on the health care legislation that was passed, with some analysts expecting the controversial mandate causing the reason for the challenge to be struck down.

At the center of this will be the Chief Justice John Roberts, who told a reporter upon his entry into office that an avoidance of 5-4 split decisions would be avoided.
