Is the BlackBerry still able to survive?

Research In Motion, the maker of the BlackBerry line of smart phone products, users have complained that their contact list of the BlackBerry messaging service on their phones have decreased.

55 million people use BBM according to a report from The Wall Street Journal, and it will be on the new BlackBerry 10 phones due for release later this year.
