Walking with someone else can keep your mind off the actual distance and it can also be a time to catch up with a friend or family member.
Eat breakfast
Don?t fast until the long-awaited dinner. Make sure you eat breakfast. Portions
Have you ever heard the saying, ?Your eyes were bigger than your stomach?? When putting food on your plate, don?t overflow it. Get small portions and finish those first. You never know – you might get full faster. When you get too much food you might feel as if you have to clear the plate. Plus, you can always go back for seconds. ?Also, try to wait 20 ? 30 minutes before getting seconds. That?s the general amount of time it takes for you to feel full.
