I was born and raised in Washington, Pennsylvania, just south of Pittsburgh.
I attend Ohio University, double majoring in Journalism and Economics with a minor in Political Science and a certificate in East Asian Studies.
I'm very active in extra-curricular activities and serve on the elected board for several honors and professional organizations in addition to serving as a student ambassador for the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and the parliamentarian of the Ohio University Student Senate.
I've dabbled with writing about almost everything. While I'm most comfortable writing about sports and music, I also have started looking at economic and social issues.
