Before I buy:
What is the Uloop Daily Deal?
Each day Uloop features an awesome deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat and buy around your campus. Because of our growing network of college students, we get huge discounts from local business that you won't find anywhere else.
Do I have to sign up people I know before I get the deal?
Nope – not at all. Although when you refer a friend, you make $10 towards the purchase of your next deal. And you might want friends to join you on whatever deal you choose so you're not lonely!
Is my information safe with Uloop?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. We will never share your email address with anyone and will only send you the emails you choose to receive.
Am I obligated to make a purchase once I subscribe to the Daily Deal?
No. Subscribing to the Daily Deal is the best way for you to stay in the loop with the latest deals, but it doesn't mean you have to make a purchase.
Purchasing the deal:
I like the deal, now how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the maximum number of deals have been sold. Once you finish the payment process, we'll charge your credit card and send you a link to print your Daily Deal. And remember, you get $10 when a referred friend makes their first purchase, so be sure to share the deal with friends.
Do I need to be a student to buy the deal?
While we aim to have excellent deals great for students, anyone can buy the deal! Be sure to subscribe to our email list to get the deals sent to you every day.
Do I need to have a credit card to purchase the deal?
Yes. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment. Unfortunately cash, checks, money orders, gift cards, barter, and other forms of payment are not accepted.
After I buy:
I bought a deal, how do I use it?
Once you're credit card is charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Daily Deal. The Daily Deal has redemption instructions. Follow them and keep in mind any fine print. Enjoy!
How soon can I use my deal after I purchase it?
You can use most Uloop Daily Deals the day after you purchase. As always, check the fine print for details.
As soon as your order is processed, you can print your Uloop Daily Deal by logging into your account. This can take up to 24 hours. We'll email you as soon as your Daily Deal is ready.
If I don't use the full value in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend, date, parents, siblings. Be classy and share!
How much should I tip when I redeem my deal?
Please tip on the full amount of the pre-discounted bill.
Deal Specifics:
Can I combine my deal with other offers?
No... not unless the Daily Deal specifically states otherwise.
Can I return a daily deal?
No. We're not able to return a Daily Deal after it's been purchased. Gift for someone?
What happens if my daily deal expires?
Sorry, Charlie (or anyone else that decides to read this). Take note of the expiration date before you buy to make sure you can use it in the time allotted. Or keep it up on your fridge so you don't forget.
What if the business for my deal closes before the deal expires?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Daily Deal, we'll make sure you get your money back.
Referrals:
I just sent a referral to my friend, now what?
If your friend (who's never bought a Daily Deal before) makes their first Daily Deal purchase with the referral link you sent them, we'll send you an email to tell you that we've put $10 worth of credits in your account!
Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes! Keep racking up those $10 credits.
I received referral codes from multiple people, do they all get rewarded?
No. Only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. Which friend do you like best?
